OUR 30 DAY WARRANTY
All the products come with a free replacement warranty of 30 days from the date of purchase, if the item you received doesn't match the one mentioned on our site or is defective then please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package and we will resolve your issues.
If you received the wrong item then please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package and will deliver the correct item to you or return you all your payment.
For defective, faulty or wrong product, you've to take proper photos of the product and email it to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and will resolve all your issues.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you've not yet received the refund, please check your bank account again and try contacting the credit card company because sometimes they hold the refund amount for a few days.
If still no luck with them then contact us at email@example.com and we would love to help you out!
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only exchange for the items which are defective or damaged out of the box and we replace them for the same exact item so if you would like to exchange your defective item for the same item then contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and will dispatch a new item to you quickly.
Can I Cancel My Order After It Has Been Placed?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been processed and/or shipped, you will be assessed a 20% cancellation fee to cover restocking fees and the charges assessed to us for refunds by the credit card companies.
