Your items should be received within 2 - 6 weeks
of your order date. Some times our products will be delivered even as fast as 1 week. Sometime it may be a little longer for international delivery.
For other specialty and giveaway items, please allow up to 3 - 8 weeks
delivery time as they may be shipping from other countries.
WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?
Our logistics partners have warehouses in Asia, Europe, and North America. Depending on availability, we could ship from any of our business partner's warehouse.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same order could be
shipped in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

HOW SECURE IS MY ONLINE ORDER?
When purchasing online at Now Gizmo, all your information is entered into an SSL secure webpage. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to the credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.
WILL I BE CHARGED WITH CUSTOMS AND TAXES?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free prices in CAD Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties, and related custom fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by Now Gizmo. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
WHERE DO I TRACK MY ORDERS?
Very simple! Once your order is shipped out from our warehouse, we will send you the tracking number by email. Usually, it takes between 2 to 5 days for us to provide you with your tracking number.
